Neither here nor there

After some uncertain days and have the border between Haiti and Dominican Republic close we received news about they open the border again. Then we contact our leaders and face a new hard decision about get out of the country only because security and precaution. So we were two Mexicans serving Haiti as missionaries in DR...what a crazy, right?

Our time in DR was so blessed, we know we are called to be in Haiti, but being at the other island side we realized everything was part of God's purpose.

We were able to spend some time with the missionaries in that place. We saw AJ and Chelsea Fry again. We also shared more time with Samuel and Kristi Senica, DR Work and Witness Coordinators, to know them and have a ministry feedback.

Also, even being outside of Haiti we were able to live a little part of the Haitian culture since our first Sunday we went to visit one bilingual church called "Church of the Nazarene Arismar I". So we sang in Creole and hear the preach at the same language.

At our second Sunday in DR we were in a special service about the Father Day at the Church of the Nazarene Altos de Chavon. We were blessed through the pastor Marielos with her Preach.

They were days full of Blessings and new friends. We saw the care of God and His Power in our life. He show us His Love with each small thing, like the opportunity to watch the Mexican flag at the street...

... Or making us smile with some sign on our way...

... but above everything we saw the Care of God in Haiti since everything were doing well in that days. So we were able to return the country after two weeks.

So we buy the last things for our house and packed everything. Then we return home.

Blessings and there's no place like home.
